I would like to try this list. I am 76 finished a genealogy book on my father’s family two years ago and need to do more, but I cannot seem to organize the info to move forward because other ‘things’ get in my way and my energy is waning.
Taryn Wood says
This worksheet would be perfect to help you with that project! If you are a member of STEP you can find it in your printables. If you’re not yet a member, click on the image above and we’ll send it over to you. Enjoy!!

How fun and simple. Thank you for sharing this! As a widow, getting through my “to do lists” has always seemed overwhelming and I just keep putting jobs off. I am going to get a Pez dispenser and get organized. I love crossing projects off when they are completed. It’s so rewarding!

Love that, Joy!! 🙂 So glad you’re with us!

Eric has the best handwriting of any man I’ve seen in YEARS! Go Eric! Thanks for this, April!
Kristi says
My guess is that Eric is/was an Engineer or Architect, am I right?
Taryn Wood says
Thanks for your comment, Kristi! Although Eric is not an architect by trade, he loves using the term “architect” as a verb, to remind us that we are in charge of creating the lives we have dreamed. Just like an architect is in charge of taking a dream or vision and turning it into a piece by piece design, we want our members to think about the bigger vision of their lives, and start breaking that down into goals, projects for now and later, and then actionable steps to accomplish the greater purpose and vision for their lives.

Thank you so much for this helpful video! I have used your M.O.M. System, but have struggled with making my projects too big and this is a great way to list all the steps I need to remember to do, thereby bringing peace to my mind, but still focus on the next action. Love it!

Any ideas on the best way to manage this (current projects and project plans/next actions) like this digitally? I’ve been a part of STEP Mastery for 8 months now and am really struggling to find the best way to keep my current projects and project plans/next actions in a format that is easy to access and easy to keep fresh. I tend to be more of a paper person but am beginning to lean more towards digital because of how portable and accessible the information is when I need it. I love the layout of this resource and am trying to think of how to incorporate it into something digital…
Taryn Wood says
Great question, Molly! Many of our members use digital apps to keep their system running. I personally use an app called Calendars 5. It works in tandem with the iPhone calendar & reminders. You could easily replicate this layout in Evernote or something similar. You can see many more options in this post: https://learndobecome.com/apps-our-learndobecome-community-members-love/. Keep up the good work! Thanks for being part of STEP Mastery!

I”m learning as much as I can from your amazing videos. The first time in my life I actually can see the light at the end of the tunnel. My difficulty right now is figuring out my projects.
I have an online ecommerce store, a new blog platform, as well am director of a non profit. Each one has so many little projects I need to do. Not counting home, family research etc. Using a projects tab-would you create a master list of all of your projects and ideas and from there pull out the 3 you want to work on and use the project templates? Do you keep your project together current/next/someday? If you don’t have the fancy Franklin Covey book mark for your next action list-where do you suggest the best place in the planner-with the projects or with your calendar?
Taryn Wood says
Hi, Dianne! We’re so glad you found us and that you’re enjoying our videos. You’re on the right track. 🙂 It is helpful to have separate tiers for your lists. We share more about the specifics of this inside our STEP Program. We’d love to share more with you in our free class! You can register for that here: http://www.LearnDoBecome.com/STEP. We hope you can join us!
