I was scrolling through our podcast account the other day, and it was really interesting to look through our 100+ episodes and see which ones were most popular with the LearnDoBecome community. We’ve had nearly 1.5 million downloads so far (thank you!), but they aren’t evenly divided among the episodes. Some of our shows have WAY more downloads than others…. So I thought it might be helpful to give you a list of the top six podcasts and share a little bit about what they cover—in case you’re looking for some ideas in these areas right now. 🙂
(1) How to Painlessly Process Your Inbox – Episode 31
This one also comes with a video tutorial. 🙂 I just walked through my own weekly inbox-processing routine and took pictures along the way!
(2) Five Life-Changing Habits Most People Overlook – Episode 94
Eric and I recorded this one at the VERY beginning of LearnDoBecome! It comes with a printable version and a worksheet. Lots of fun as you work to architect a life of excellence!
(3) How to Create One Day a Week that Belongs to YOU – Episode 32
I have something called an “April Day” where I do high-level thinking (on my own…without interruptions) one day a week. This episodes shares how you can make that happen in your own life (even a modified version). But I totally need to record a new one explaining how to do this during social distancing. Wow, it’s been tricky. 🙂
This episode comes with a worksheet, as well!
(4) Using Evernote to Track Everything You Learn – Episode 33
I LOVE Evernote. Seriously—I use it 15-20 times a day. I’m even typing the draft to this post inside Evernote right now. It’s like my digital best friend—almost tied by Asana.
This podcast shows specifically how I track my education notes inside Evernote. I do this multiple times every single week, and it’s why my brain craves learning. (Because I have somewhere to PUT everything I learn.)
There’s an accompanying video/screen recording, as well, so you can see the process I go through of reading—taking photos—uploading those to Evernote—and labeling them for future use.
(5) Creating an Energy Map to Uplevel Your Routines – Episode 34
I recorded this episode with our amazing team member, Danielle Porter, who first shared this “Energy Map” idea with me. She balanced working alongside raising six children, and she is SUPER organized.
This episode comes with your own printable energy map!
(6) A STEP Command Central on Every Desk–and What that Means for YOU – Episode 45
We talk about STEP Command Centrals all the time here at LearnDoBecome—because STEP is our main program offering here, and we have tens of thousand of people inside, building their Command Centrals! In this episode, I cover four things:(1) Why a STEP Command Central is so unique—and so needed today(2) What the components of the STEP Command Central actually ARE(3) How it will impact your life so you can manage your self-care, your family, and your business(4) And how you can use your Command Central to more fully find and live your purpose
It’s so fun. Makes me giddy to see so many other STEP Command Centrals (like the ones below) popping up every day.

Hi April! Thank you for sharing your ideas! So like Jesus! He doesn’t charge for incredible beauty, music, sunsets, rivers, mountains, oceans.
And your ideas are great! We have 8 grown & married kids so I used lots of lists. Still do but have more time. And we share our home with our son Ben & wife Deb & 5 kids.
I will enjoy looking at your ideas very much.
One thing I am working on is the Sabbath as a day of rest. Sunday for worship.

I’d love to hear more about your social distancing “April Days.” It’s so hard to get any time to myself when everyone else is home all the time, too.
April Perry says
Oh yes–mainly I hide in my room (or someone else’s room) for a few hours at a time. 🙂 Or I go to bed early–like 7pm, and I leave instructions for our children. One time I drove to a mall parking lot and just sat there with my computer and my hot spot for 4 hours. It’s been hard to get solid time to think, but it’s doable with a little coordination! Good luck!!
