Important Notes about your Login
Look for your login to arrive in the next few minutes. (Be sure to check spam–just in case it landed there first.) If you are not seeing the email within a few minutes, please know that some messages take longer to arrive due to website traffic or email providers. You will receive your login details before the day ends.
We’re also sending an auto-generated password, so please don’t create a password using the “Login” option at the top of this page. (That’s for later!)
If you have a Roadrunner or RR.com email account, we are unable to send emails to these accounts, so we highly recommend you email us with an alternate email not in those domains–we still would like for you to read the rest of this page to see if you fall under any other categories, but we’ve put together a special fix for you to log in for now. Please click over to this link in about 5 minutes so that the system has time to enroll you!
If you accidentally typed your email address incorrectly (which happens multiple times per week), your login details will have been sent to the wrong place. No stress, though! Simply let us know at [email protected], and we’ll fix that within one business day.
If you purchased with your PayPal account, your login details will automatically go to the email address you have on file with PayPal.
If you have TWO email addresses in our system (let’s say one is for PayPal and one is your “regular” email), please let us know right away by sending a message to [email protected] and tell us which one to make your primary account. This will prevent any delays in receiving your materials or login information.
