Important Notes about your Login
Now that your payment has processed successfully, your login will arrive in the next few minutes via email. (Be sure to check spam, just in case.)
You will also be invited to create a password for your members’ area. That’s done through a special link we’re sending you. (Please don’t use the login option at the top of this page yet…that’s where you’ll go in the future.)
If you accidentally typed your email address incorrectly (which happens multiple times per week), your login details will have been sent to the wrong place. No stress, though! Simply let us know at [email protected], and we’ll fix that within one business day.
If you purchased with your PayPal account, your login details will automatically go to the email address you have on file with PayPal.
If you have TWO email addresses in our system (let’s say one is for PayPal and one is your “regular” email), please let us know right away by sending a message to [email protected] and tell us which one to make your primary account. This will prevent any delays in receiving your materials or login information.
And finally, if for any other reason your login doesn’t arrive via email within 15 minutes… We have an alternate way to set up your password HERE.
